Anthracite
Ok, so not much has changed - to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary - I took my wife down into a coal mine.
Last year we celebrated our 30th anniversary b staying one nite at the Sands Hotel and Casino (and shopping mall).During the afternoon,I walked around the remains of the Bethlehem steel mill and took some photos,including a few good closeups, while the wife was in the hotel's spa.She also did some shopping.At nite,we ate in Emerl's restaurant,and then I went to the crap table. Won a few bucks-enough to pay for the stay.
Dunno about your wife, but mine would think that was a totally cool way to spend an anniversary ;-).
